The Annual Tradition

The Blueprint Phase: Upon receipt of the Coordination Deposit, the "Design Phase" commences. AHG will provide up to two (2) architectural iterations of the requested coordinate. Any subsequent structural changes to the itinerary may be subject to a Curation Re-Design Fee.

Finalization & Lockdown: A coordinate is considered "Locked" once the guest provides written approval of the final blueprint. Post-lockdown, any modifications to suite configurations, guest count, or dates are subject to the availability of the Adamas Elite Portfolio and may incur additional administrative costs.

Seasonality & Lead Times: Due to the niche nature of our international coordinates, all Bespoke Curations must be finalized no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date to ensure priority placement within the Tafer collection.

To initiate the Blueprint Phase, a non-refundable Coordination Deposit is required. This secures your placement in our design queue and covers the specialized labor of architecting your niche coordinate.

Nature of the Deposit: The Coordination Deposit is a professional service fee for the intellectual labor of niche curation. It is included in the cost of resort accommodations.

Non-Refundability: Upon commencement of the Blueprint Phase, the Coordination Deposit becomes 100% non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether the guest elects to move forward with the finalized coordinate.

Deposit & Credit Policy: Should you need to cancel a Bespoke Curation, your deposit will remain protected as a one-time travel credit. This credit may be applied toward any Latitude Diamond or Bespoke Curation Series experience within the same or following calendar year. If not redeemed within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.

Milestone 1: The Coordination Deposit. As outlined in The Nature of the Deposit, this non-refundable deposit initiates the Blueprint Phase and the reservation of elite-tier configurations within the Adamas Portfolio.

Milestone 2: Final Balance. The remaining balance for the finalized coordinate—including all accommodations, curated experiences, and specialized logistics—is due in full no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date.

Milestone 3: The Lockdown Trigger. Upon receipt of the Final Balance, the coordinate enters "Lockdown Status." At this stage, all suite allocations are finalized. Any requests for modification after Lockdown are subject to a Re-Architecting Fee and the real-time availability of the host resort.

Failure to Remit. If the Final Balance is not received by the 45-day threshold, AHG reserves the right to release the held inventory. In such events, the initial Coordination Deposit remains with AHG as per the Coordination Deposits & Refundability section above.

Architectural Sanctuary: Our coordinates are designed as sanctuaries. We ask that guests maintain a level of decorum that respects the privacy and tranquility of fellow travelers within the Adamas Portfolio.

Championship Attire: To honor the professional circuit, we adhere to traditional golf etiquette and resort-elegant dress codes. While on the fairways of Vista Vallarta or within the Mousai dining venues, curated attire is required.

Professional Discretion: Many of our guests value a low-profile coordinate. We ask for "Niche Discretion" regarding the photography and social tagging of fellow guests to preserve the exclusivity of the Series.
