Jurisdictional Governance Adamas Hospitality Group LLC is a registered entity of Fulton County, Georgia. All professional coordinates, digital interactions, and contractual agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution (The "Sanctuary" Mediation) In the event of a disagreement regarding a niche coordinate, both parties agree to first attempt a "Good Faith" resolution. If a resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to mandatory, binding mediation within Fulton County, Georgia.

Waiver of Jury Trial To ensure an efficient and professional resolution, both AHG and the Guest waive any right to a trial by jury. All proceedings will be conducted by a neutral mediator or arbitrator experienced in international hospitality and commercial law.

International Compliance While coordinates occur in international latitudes (e.g., Mexico, Dominican Republic), the legal "Anchor" remains in the United States. Guests are responsible for adhering to the local laws of the host destination, but any contractual claims against AHG must be filed and heard within the Superior Court of Fulton County.
