Terms of Service & Experience Agreement

Nature of Services Adamas Hospitality Group (hereinafter "AHG") is a boutique travel and experience curator. AHG provides logistics, itinerary design, and access to private membership benefits. AHG is not an owner, operator, or employee of the resorts, golf clubs, or tournament organizations (PGA/LPGA) mentioned in our itineraries. All accommodations and activities are provided by independent third-party entities.

The Member-Guest Relationship Accommodations are facilitated through AHG’s private membership elite-tier benefits. Guests of AHG are registered as "Authorized Guests" of the member. While enjoying these benefits, guests agree to abide by all host resort "House Rules," including but not limited to check-in requirements, dress codes, and conduct policies. Any incidental charges incurred (room service, spa treatments, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the guest and must be settled with the resort upon departure.

Limitation of Liability AHG acts solely as a facilitator. AHG shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, property damage, or delay caused by the act or omission of any resort, transportation provider, golf course, or tournament venue. This includes, but is not limited to, tournament schedule changes, course conditions, or resort service interruptions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Because AHG utilizes specific membership points and non-refundable tournament credentials to secure your experience:

• Deposit: A $500 Initiation Fee is required to secure your place in the Adamas Registry. This is followed by a 25% Sanctuary Deposit to lock in your specific suite tier coordinates. All deposits are fully applied directly toward your final confirmed reservation balance. If a reservation is not secured within the allowable timeframe, your full deposit will be held on account to be applied toward any future coordinates. 

• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of departure may result in a forfeiture of the total experience cost due to the nature of membership point commitment.

• Travel Insurance: AHG highly recommends that all guests purchase independent travel insurance to protect their investment.

Governing Law This agreement and all services provided by AHG are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with primary jurisdiction in Fulton County.
