Day 2: The Opening Round | Vista Vallarta
Morning: Early breakfast at The Terrace followed by private transport to the Vista Vallarta Golf Club.
The Play: 18 holes on the Nicklaus Course. Experience the jungle-lined fairways and the "pressure" of world-class greens.
Afternoon: Post-round lunch at The Rooftop, followed by "Recovery Hour" at the Spa Imagine hydrotherapy circuit.

Morning: A relaxed farewell breakfast.

The Curation Timeline & Finalization
The Registration Phase: Upon receipt of the Coordination Deposit, your entry into the specific Latitude Coordinate is initiated. This deposit secures your position within the Adamas Elite Portfolio and triggers the procurement of niche tournament credentials.
The Blueprint Alignment: Within the initial design phase, AHG will provide a specialized itinerary mapping your "Play and Stay" coordinates. This includes suite configurations at the host sanctuary and your specific access points for the PGA or LPGA circuit.
The Lockdown Trigger: A Latitude Coordinate is considered "Locked" once the Final Balance is remitted—no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the tournament start date. Post-lockdown, all credentials and elite-tier configurations are finalized. Any subsequent modifications are subject to a Re-Architecting Fee and the real-time availability of the professional tour and host resort.
Inventory Integrity: Due to the high-stakes nature of international tour stops, AHG maintains a strict 45-day finalization window to ensure our guests receive priority placement within the Tafer collection.
The ADAMAS Contingency
Definition of Force Majeure: AHG is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes to a coordinate caused by circumstances beyond our architectural control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, public health emergencies, or civil unrest within international jurisdictions.
Tournament & Field Alterations: As the Latitude Diamond Series follows the niche professional circuit, AHG has no authority over PGA/LPGA governing decisions. Shifts in tournament dates, venue relocations, or "Reduced Field" play do not constitute a breach of contract by AHG.
Sanctuary Continuity: In the event of a tournament cancellation or rescheduling, the "Sanctuary" portion of the coordinate (accommodations within the Adamas Elite Portfolio and resort-based curation) remains active. Guests may choose to fulfill the stay as a private retreat or, at AHG’s sole discretion, receive a Coordinate Credit for a future Series entry within the same calendar year or the following year.
No Monetary Refunds: Consistent with our Boutique Hospitality Lab model, AHG does not issue monetary refunds for Force Majeure events. Our liability is limited to the reallocation of coordinated services or the issuance of a brand credit.
Media Capture & Portfolio Usage
The Adamas Documentarian: AHG may deploy professional media personnel to document the "Architectural Narrative" of a coordinate. This includes high-resolution photography and cinematic capture of the sanctuary, the play, and the collective atmosphere.
Limited Model Release: By participating in a Latitude Diamond Series coordinate, guests grant AHG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to utilize captured media for the Adamas Portfolio, website, and niche social channels.
The Privacy Opt-Out (Niche Discretion): We recognize the value of private sanctuary. Guests who require total anonymity may submit a "Privacy Request" during the Intake Phase. AHG will ensure that all "Identifiable Media" (facial close-ups or tagged names) of that specific guest is excluded from public portfolio distribution.
Third-Party Media: AHG is not responsible for media captured by other guests, resort staff, or tournament spectators outside of our direct commission.
The Atmosphere | Adamas Series Protocol
Architectural Sanctuary: Our coordinates are designed as sanctuaries. We ask that guests maintain a level of decorum that respects the privacy and tranquility of fellow travelers within the Adamas Portfolio.
Championship Attire: To honor the professional circuit, we adhere to traditional golf etiquette and resort-elegant dress codes. While on the fairways of Vista Vallarta or within the Mousai dining venues, curated attire is required.
Professional Discretion: Many of our guests value a low-profile coordinate. We ask for "Niche Discretion" regarding the photography and social tagging of fellow guests to preserve the exclusivity of the Series.
The "Invincible" Standard: We treat resort staff and tour officials with the highest level of professional courtesy. As an Adamas guest, you represent the pinnacle of hospitality.
